M.O.U For All Teachers

• Listen to our sorrows and be our mum and dad when they are not around.
• Put on a smile when you are in class.
• Melt every cold heart and mould them into warm and caring ones.
• Realise that we learn and do things differently.
• Accept us for what we are.
• Realise that each of us has our own strengths, and do not just focus on our weaknesses.
• Keep an open mind about everything and not have preconceived ideas about us.
• Ensure that we all read can, as reading is God’s greatest gift for the mind and the soul.
• Turn us into useful decent human beings.
• Stop preaching and start educating.
• Be a shoulder to cry on, even if it’s only for a moment or two.
• Ask every child in school to say one pleasant word to another person, every day.
• Create more fun activities in the school’s clubs and societies so that we will stay away from gangs, drugs and crimes.
• Listen to us.
• Make sure everyone has enough playtimes because we are children, after all.
• Ensure that all children go to school and let them know they are not alone.
  Like us and care for us, as love is all that the world needs.
